SPOOKY SPRINTS 10 & Under Meet

DATE: Saturday, October 24th, 2026 

LOCATION: The YMCA at the Piscataway Community Center 520 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, NJ 08854

SWIMMER AGE: Swimmer’s age is determined as of December 1, 2026. Must be 10 years old & younger.

ENTRY FEES: $5 per individual event and $20.00 per relay ($5 per relay swimmer). One time swimmer surcharge: $15 per swimmer.

MEET SCHEDULE: Doors open at 7am, Warm ups begin at 7:15am, (there will be mulitple warm up sessions) Meet Start 8:30am.

ENTRIES: Maximum of 3 Individual events and 2 Relays per swimmer.

SCORING: Points awarded for top 16 places.

AWARDS: Medals for 1st - 3rd places - Ribbons for 4th - 6th places. All Heat Winners will receive a prize. All swimmers will receive a participant ribbon.

ADMISSIONS: NO admission fee for spectators Heat sheets/programs will be sold for a small fee.

SPECTATORS: Spectators will be allowed, but seating is limited.

CONCESSIONS: Food & Beverage will be available for sale. 

VENDORS: A clothing vendor will be onsite.

LOCKER ROOMS: Locker rooms will be available for swimmers only. Spectators will have a separate bathroom facility. * Coaches will have a separate locker room than swimmers.

PARTICIPATING CLUB RESPONSIBILITIES: Participating teams will provide timers and officials * Parents of participating teams must stay off the pool deck (except for timing assignments). Participating teams will provide 2 pre-marshallers to assist with getting your team swimmers to marshaling area. * All swimmers and attendees are expected to be kind, polite, patient and show good sportsman-like behavior. * Due to the limited spectator seating, parents should watch their swimmer then move from their seats and allow other parents to watch in a rotating fashion.
